Recent Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta Review: "The overall experience was great. I was in Alpharetta, GA for a business seminar and I brought my family so that we could have some much needed family time after the seminar. We resided at the Marriott from May 14, 2009 through May 16, 2009. The Marriott staff on duty had "go out of my way for the customer" running through their veins. Every staff member we encountered from the technician tidying up the pool area to the gracious hostess at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough about the staff working and behaving like a well oiled service machine. The room was on par with my expectations, the bed/mattress exceeded my expectations. I have a bad back (lower spine issues) and very seldom do hotel beds exceed my expectations but I slept like I was at home in my own bed. The fitness facility and pool were wonderful and the "made to order" breakfast and buffet were great, purchase the std. room w/ breakfast included. The breakfast preparation and variety far exceeded another hotel chain we are all familiar with. Overall, for the price range, this hotel set the bar. I did rate it a "4" on Hotel Rating vs. Price Paid due to the $13/day WiFi access. Other than the WiFi personal peeve, this hotel and its staff is exceptional for the $."
