| This hotel even though has a complete breakfast, good quality, does not have lundry, is an old building and their rooms have not been refurbished. |

| a very good stay. the workout room was small and lacking in equipment. the workout bench was broke. i notified the staff.otherwise okay, the breakfast bar was very good and the coffee excellent. |

| My frustration was not with cleanliness or comfort of beds but the internet system. I needed to do some some work in the evenings after the seminar I was attending in the area and I couldn't get online. I spoke with the clerk and she said the floor I was on has the problem on a regular basis!!! We also had to get a our card updated each day...we would get to the room and it would not unlock the door. After a trip down to the desk it was corrected each day but not a convenient thing to deal with. |

| I would recommend staying in this hotel. It was very nice. The room was clean & the staff was very helpful. Better than I expected! |

| This hotel is convenient to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and multiple restaurants. My only complaint is that I stayed in a much nicer hotel the next night for cheaper. |

| I asked the staff to make sure things were excellent and they were. They also put flowers that I ordered in the room for a surprise for my wife and they did this as well. The room was very clean and the hot tub was wonderful. We had a great time there. |

| This hotel was a little dated but was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was especially good. The only issue would have been the shower/tub was not as clean as I would have liked. |

| There are better hotels in the area but more pricey; this is a good option of a not so expensive hotel; the cfrew is very attentive |
